Shipping Time Frames and Terms

    • After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
    • We offer free shipping to the Continental United States. For buyers in Alaska and Hawaii, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
    • Free shipping is FedEx Ground Shipping with a shipping time ranging from 1-5 business days to the continental US.
    • Shipping times vary for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii depending on the chosen shipping method.

Lost, Damaged, or Miscellaneous Shipping Issues

If your package fails to arrive or is damaged upon arrival, or you have another issue with your shipment, please email us at info@shop.collins-dupont.com. In your email, please include the following: your order number, date of purchase, mailing address, as well as an explanation of the shipping issue. If the package is damaged, please send photos of the damage. My Curator™ will confirm receipt of your email and will work with the shipper to address the issue. Please allow 14 business days for our team to rectify the problem.

Returns

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. We want you to love your bundle as much as we do. If you’re not satisfied with your online purchase, you may contact us within 30 days for a refund minus all shipping costs.

All items must be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used or washed. If you like to return your bundle, please contact our Customer service department HERE.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our address below.

We will notify you via email as soon as we receive your items to process your return. You can expect a full refund within 5-7 business days to your original form of payment.

Payment Terms

Cancelation Policies

Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of the date and time of purchase. Please Contact Us to submit a cancellation request. After 24 hours, orders will be packaged and shipped according to our above processing and shipping times. Please view our Return Page for information on returning products.
